  Just one star because of how the store is organized. Every time I'm in any Rimi I cannot find half of the items I need to buy. Logic of item locations is bizarre and all over the place and does not seem to be very thought through.

  Went to Ülemiste Rimi on a lovely Saturday noon (11:45) and decided to use self-service. Scanned a bottle of vine and the screen showed me that the approval was required. I asked kindly the self-service worker to help me with it. She stared at me weirdly for 5 minutes maybe, not saying even a single word. While I pointed her with the finger at the scanner screen, she made a move with her head that the bottle of vine has been approved. I was shocked by customer service provided. Horrendous, rude and full of negativity are the descriptive adjectives to that worker. I´d suggest more training on communication to be provided!
