It's a nice place with friendly staff but there's some more things they could do so it would be easier for families with babies to stay. A chance to get a babie bed in the room is good though. Good job! ;)

Good hotel located inside the old factory, 10 min walk to the old city centre and a tram stop nearby. The rooms are clean, but without any supplies like tea or coffee. Decent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Nice hotel with all the basics. No tea and coffee facilities but the staff were friendly, helpful and all provided services (such as breakfast) was very good.

Great hotel located a few minutes walk from old town. Good breakfast buffet with choice of cereal, cooked breakfast and cold meat /cheese. Taxi to airport was 12 euros. Very helpful staff. Nice heated floor in the bathroom. Would stay here again!

We were put into a business class room instead of a regular room we reserved, for free. Hotel staff was nice, also the breakfast was very good. Room was nice and tidy, had everything we needed. If I have to say something not so good about it, the driveway to the hotels parking lot (10€ a night) was partly very steep, and as our car is pretty low, so we scraped the bumper on our way in and out. Overall a very good hotel. 5/5 would visit again!

Stayed here from 14th July to the 18th July and booked it through BA Holidays. Price was excellent.

At the time of booking only one room option was displayed however the hotel does offer a few different room options.

For some reason we had a twin, we pushed the beds together so no issues there. The room was ok, pretty clean and the bathroom was ok.

It's missing tea and coffee facilities, safe requires a key and we believe there was a minibar, however it was difficult to tell.

Overall, it was ok. Parking was free and it's literally ten minutes from the port or the old town.

Staff in the bar felt a little hard work, they could speak English but still felt like there was a language barrier.

Staff were very helpful and friendly ; my room was upgraded for free and was very cosy. I received a complaint bottle of sparkling wine, and the minibar was also complimentary. The buffet breakfast offered a great choice for the price, very much worth the money. It is also located very close to a large park and the seaside.

We booked the room from 13 to 16 July. Due to the flight cancellation we arrived on 14 July in the morning (hotel was duly informed). However the room was not ready. When we finally got the room later it was dirty, twin instead of double, with broken air conditioner, and wall as a view from the window. Please note that there is neither no water no minibar in the room.

Before I made a booking I made a phone call. Asked about conditions of my stay. Unfortunately when I came people from reception have said me that what we discussed could not be done. For me that was a problem. After all discussions we had not came to any solution. No flexibility. Staff fault became mine. I am not satisfied with all that. Oh and it was cold inside the room. I mentioned twice about that to the personnel.

Location of this hotel is nice. Walking distance from harbor if you are coming by boat, and walking distance to old town. Can't really appraise the view cause other side is tall apartment buildings and other side is old football field and littlebit city view.

Hotel itself looks nice from inside and out. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Rooms were clean and had nice decor. As a bigger fella I also appreciated the big shower in our room.

There was couple things that bothered me thou. Rooms in first floor had only 1 door to the hallway and it had quite big gap at the bottom of if.That means sounds from the hallway comes quite clearly straight to your bed and ofc other way around. Other thing was that first floor rooms there were unfinished looking "corridor" outside our windows that isn't leading anywhere and you couldn't go there. It was only to separate the room and the walking street that goes next to it so I understand why it's there but it would had been perfect place for small terrace for each room.

Beds were comfy and TV had decent selection of channels. Breakfast was good especially for that kind of room price but as usual, milk and yogurt wast cold enough for my taste but it's same thing in every hotel. ;)

Overall we enjoyed our stay in PK Ilmarine and would go there again.
