  Quality wise is good, a nice range of options that you can check at the store, they are customer service friendly and try to speak in English with you and answer your questions. Honest employees and reply very fast by email. I cannot deny though that some internal organisational problems were encountered that I personally did not expect in such a 'well known' company: be ready to wait, wait and wait! Despite everyone is nice and friendly, they lack in internal communication. I have spent around 500 EUR in carpeting and still they did not want to deliver home. I went there after their written confirmation and surprise surprise the cutting and locking was not finished (justification: someone was on holiday!). I had to wait some 7 extra days to finally have it delivered at my place They do not inform you in advance what time they will show up, so get ready to waste a day off waiting for them. Again, when finally the material arrived a big carpet was still missing. They apologized and brought it in the afternoon, but meanwhile a working day was gone.
  It is not the first time that I experience such lack of internal organisation in companies run by Estonians, but the excuse that someone was on holiday does not really make it anymore. Any modern company has a handover process, professionally speaking you should check if you have everything with you before you leave to deliver it, etc. Small changes would totally improve the image and quality of the service of this company. Let's be fair, product wise everything was good!
