  I just left your Comarket store on Narva Mnt. I live behind it on Tuukri Põik. I just waited in line with 18 other people to be checked-out by the one checker working. I had ice cream in my basket. It began to melt before I got home. My neighbor, who came into the store 15 minutes after me was the 18th person in line, yet, she got home, unpacked and began watching TV before I got home. To add insult to injury, your store opened another lane and the last person to enter your shop got checked-out, before the other people who had been standing in line for 20 minutes. DON'T YOU KNOW, EVERY GROCERY STORE IN THE CIVIALIZED WORLD HAS THE NEW CHECKER GO TO THE NEXT PERSON TO BE SERVED IN THE CURRENT CHECK OUT LINE AND DIRECTS THEM OVER TO THE NEWLY OPENNED LINE??? APARENTLY NOT. THIS SITUATION HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK IN YOUR STORE.
  
  Because where I live, I could have walked to Norde Center Rimi, shopped and returned home before I got out of your store today. My wife and I spend well over a hundred euros in your store each week. I should say, WE DID!!! This is just one problem with your store. You sometimes take weeks to restock sold out items. I bought the last box of Milka chocolate chip cookies last week and you have not restocked them in over 8 days. I now realize it has become worth our while to walk twice the distance to shop Rimi and not deal with the frustration of you not restocking the products we have become accustomed and the ungodly amount of time we must wait in line, UNNECESSARILY. I know you will continue to lose customers because it appears you don't believe in customer service!!!!! Alcohol and cigarettes are not on our card purchases so the true weekly amount we spend will be much higher.
