I ordered an electric wheel from them and they sent me a used wheel without having specified this previous.
Also is missing brake disk and a protective cap for electrical hub of the wheel.
    An unpleasant experience.

This was a great way to get around and discover sights outside the old town. We did this tour in January , the temperature was - 8 and there was only my husband and myself mad enough to do the tour in those temperatures. Kristjan was a fantastic guide, very well informed- and we learnt a huge amount about Estonian history and culture. Excellent bikes which coped well with the ice. Highly recommended !

Kristjan was our tour guide, did a great job. Really showed us a bunch of different sides of the city, we got a great amount of riding and sightseeing in on our tour. His English was great (big plus), his humor worked with our sarcastic group, the price was good, and the equipment was ok. We were VERY happy this was not another cookie cutter LAME tour, but a younger, inside view of an amazing city!!!

    Thank you Kristjan

Bike tours are so much better than walking tours bc you cover so much more ground and get out of hyper-touristy Old Town! The guide was ok, but it was about just getting out of old Town and seeing other places. The bike was great except the seat was hard and uncomfortable. For $22, I recommend the 2.5 hour bike tour.

I had a great experience booking City Bike from abroad. Communication was fast and I got helpful advice on what kind of equipment to reserve. When our plans fell through and I had to cancel my reservation, they gave me a full refund of my deposit - a totally unexpected and very kind gesture! Whenever I do make it to Estonia - I'll try them again.

Good service and good bikes. Last minute booking on our part so we missed guided tours but were able to rent bikes for a "self guided" tour up along the bay. Locks were provided so we stopped at museums, open air food markets, and kept our own pace. The maps and directions were good and we spent time on dedicated bike/pedestrian paths that are part of the EU.

Pretty basic bike shop, rental etc. Spare part inventory is pretty small and not aimed at "performance". Still saved my day with a spare tube when I couldn't find a bike shop in down town. Rental inventory looks pretty good.

Super rad bikeshop. Went out of way with helpful info. Cheap and just awesome. Some pretty legit bikes, from a very experienced cyclist who usually takes my own ride have to ask why bother, these guys set me up with a bad ass ride complete with multi-tool, tube/pump helmet etc. Rode down balkins a few days and shipped back for $16 beautiful country and people
