The staff are always friendly and helpful. I rent their regulary and only once has there been a delay in preparing the vehicle. The cars are always cleaned to a very good standard, again, only once has there been something to mention and they sorted it immediately. Overall, a very pleasant experience hiring from this branch

Absolutely worst experience ever! Stay FAR away from this company! The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE. Cars are in awful condition. Seems like nobody even bothers to maintain them.

We rented a car from Akord Autorent in Tallinn in June 2015 and were very satisfied with the service. The car was delivered free of charge to an address that we had specified. The communication was smooth (in Estonian; we did not try to communicate in English) and price very reasonable. We would highly recommend this car rental company!
