  Visit the Quinindé Esmeraldas Municipal Transit Unit, on November 13, 2020. To request from Ing. Plaza M. The Rectification of the registration of my Mazda Alegro car with PVB0759 plates in the aforementioned Province.
  I proceeded to register here in Quito on October 20, 2020.
  Being that my car belongs to Pichincha.
  Ing. Plaza informed me that she cannot do anything yet, because here in Quito they do not give her User passwords.
  I hope that in this week of the next month, my problem will be solved and I can receive the Circulation Permit document from the ANT.
