  I checked a bag under the bus on my trip between Quito and Atacames. When I got my bag back, all my belongings were soaked with gasoline. The company still has not responded to my communication efforts.

  I have traveled with them twice for 8 hours. They usually have one stop to fill the gasoline tank (or diesel which wouldn't be eco-friendly) and there you can use a bathroom beside of the two inside the bus which are only for peeing, you can also buy some food or snacks at the gas station store. They play some movies but until now I haven't liked any of them.

  Muy mala atención. Muy pocas veces he viajado en este transporte, pero hoy primeramente la chica que atienden en la ventanilla dió mal la hora, seguramente por estar en la buena conversa. Segundo, cuando me di cuánta de la hora intenté llamar al numero convencional, para que me den una ayuda, pero nadie contesto, así que fui al terminal, no atendieron de una manera debida y no ayudaron con una solución.
  En mi opinión deberían buscar a gente que sea capacitada, que sepa hacer su trabajo y dirigirse a las personas con RESPETO.

  Oficina de atención al cliente para venta de boletos pasajes interurbanos a varias ciudades de Ecuador. También servicio de encomiendas. Buena atención y buenas unidades de transporte. Instalaciones limpias, agradables y cómodas donde también atienden Expresos Cruz del Sur, para rutas terrestres internacionales. Muy bien ubicados.

  Hoy a las 9:30 fui a comprar pasajes para Cuenca y la srta me dijo que no me iba a vender por ser venezolano. La peor compañía de transportes hasta la gerente le dijo que me vendiera. La xenofobia es un delito y se paga con carcel

  El día 31 de septiembre con el afán de llegar pronto a Quito tomé bus en terminal de Santa Elena en cuya ventanilla me confirmó la señora que me vendió los boletos de que no haría paradas mas no fue así porque inclusive tomó la unidad pasajeros en plena vía. Además el bus fue lento, los asientos no lo suficientemente cómodos, el controlador no dio una información correcta a una pregunta y por si fuera poco el bus se quedó sin combustible a unos 10 minutos del terminal de Sto. Domingo. En conclusión, llegué 2 horas más tarde de lo previsto a Quito pese a haber tomado bus de otra cooperativa allí en Sto. Domingo.
