Best food in Cuenca, and some of the best food I've ever had. Delicious sangria. Exquisite sauces. Very comfortable setting with great service. Very accommodating of our food allergies and went extra efforts to ensure our food was safe for us. We will be back!

Stayed in Cuenca for only two nights. Wish I knew this restaurant earlier. The food was so delicious, and the service was exceptional. Other than the dish we ordered, they added many dipping sauces and small side dishes. I would definitely go back again. Make sure to make the reservation before you go as the restaurant was often fully booked.

Best place I've ever been. The chef and waiters are kind and awesome. They give you suggestions and explain whatever you need from the menu. Also they serve some delicious entrees for free made with local ingredients. The food so good!! And almost at the end of your dinner they offer you a suprise. Definitively a must to go, if you visit Cuenca! 🤗

Amazing flavors and attentive service. They have great options for one person, but it works even better for groups. Steak and shrimp were both delicious, and came with a huge assortment of salsas and sides. A little expensive, but definitely worth it for an upscale dinner.

By far one of the best restaurants I have ever been. I am ecuadorian and I pretty know a lot of the food around and I just travelled all the way from Guayaquil just to eat here. 100 % Recommended

UPDATE 10/6/17: I came here again and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Tiestos will never let me down. I still love this restaurant. Juan Carlos Soriano, executive Chef, it's an outstanding and wonderful person. I recommend tiestos as one to the BEST restaurants in the country .

Really recommend this place, I went with a friend and ordered several dishes to try them out, all of them were simple delicious! As a dessert you must try "Coco Borracho"! It contains creme brulee, coconut ice cream and rum. But the flavour is just awesome

Food was very delicious and service was very good. Our tour guide and the hotel recommended this restaurant. Our entire group went along with our tour guide and we had great service and food was perfect. As a group, we order the steak and the shrimp and both were cooked perfectly. Everyone in the group felt that the food was exceptional and price was reasonable. I never order steak when I go out but decided to order steak since it was recommended and I will say that it is some of the most delicious and tender meat I have had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant but make sure you have a reservation since it is a popular place.

One of the best culinary experiences I have ever had! We ordered the pre-set Menu option 1. Come hungry! Extraordinarily delicious (and unusual) salsas were served then later staff suggested pairing them with the different meat and fish dishes. The food was extraordinary and presented artistically. Dessert topped it off!

Excelente comida y servicio! Recomiendo la sopa de camarones con diferentes salsas.

Amazing food and service! The chef and owners (husband and wife)personally assist in choosing your entres. The wife is an amazing artist and creates a master piece on your desert plate. Our favorite place in Cuenca!!
