Unfortunately I don't have a better picture of this place. But the staff that works there is very well prepared. Very knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have.
They will spend a good 12 to 15 min with you giving you all the info they have about Quitsato.
I believe entrance fee for adults was $2 and for kids 0.50 cents.
If you have the time to go. Or you just happen to pass by highly recommended you stop and see the place and hear what they have to say about this mitad del mundo.
    You will not regretted!

Great stop to Otavalo . Detailed explanation of the sun dial and the equator. The equator passes through the sun dial. Good facilities, cool bathroom design

Nice, informative stop. Good view of Cotopaxi and the sundial. Interesting take on representation of the globe: sideways from the usual depiction of the equator running horizontally with a vertical axis of spin.

This is a far better option than the tacky one near Quito. Only complaint was that the booklets and dvd on offer were way too expensive.
