It's partially closed. It has only one gate and exit for the same road and around this park there's prostitution and some thieves.

Nice plaza park. Fenced in with only one entrance open. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the day and the shade. Vendors ring the park and will sell you water,etc.

The park's doors are often closed, especially if there is a demonstration. So you may have to see the place from outside.

It was a nice park. Funny to find lots of elderly men just chilling, and reading their newspapers. Will love to visit again, and watch the city buzzing in the daytime

Center statue surrounded by beautiful tall trees. A nice place for as moments respite.

Also called "Plaza del Centenario" in the center of Guayaquil's Downtown, you can get there in whatever means of transportation like busses (METROVIA) and Taxis. If are guest of our city and been in hotel located in the downtown area, you should walk and experience a new way to site scene.
