Good evening, today I check my account at Banco Pichincha and in a month I have two charges for a plan that I have not contracted. I find it disrespectful that they do this without first talking to the owners of the accounts and taking attributions that do not belong to them. I'm calling but no answer.

Hhhhhhhppppppp llladr0000nesssss are never good for anything and they charge no authorization and put a million obstacles to cancel an insurance that requests nnnuuuuunnccaaaaa

The terrible service since I entered the place and they were having breakfast and they made me wait too long, I think they should give the employees time to have breakfast not to make them inside the facilities.
