Wendy’s retreat was just what my mind, body, and soul needed! The food, ashtanga practice, and natural surroundings make the perfect recipe for a life changing detox. After visiting, I have noticed a continual awareness of what I am eating, a huge growth in my ashtanga practice, and continued mental clarity. I found this retreat, and Wendy’s knowledge of diet and yoga, especially eye opening at such a young age (20). Wendy is an exceptional host who provides experience you will not find anywhere else. I look forward to staying with her again!

Wendy’s yoga retreat was spectacular! The entire property is beautiful and the meals were both healthy and delicious. Wendy is an experienced Ashtanga teacher, and my yoga improved by leaps and bounds over the 6 consecutive classes (especially my mobility). As others have said, don’t expect a walk in the park. The yoga is difficult, and the time outside of classes is spent intentionally. Wendy will challenge you, so go in with a beginner’s mindset.

Living in the amazing tree house and spending my days in the forest, learning yoga, having wonderful company of the dogs, in this simple, beautiful and calm area - I was at the best place one can be to rewind. I've been traveling a lot, and here I found something very unique, in all senses. Wendy is the perfect host, that will forever have a special place in my heart, knowing what you need to have a fresh start. In combination with the peacefulness in the garden and the cloud forest, her method is making sure to calm down but also stimulate your mind and body with time and space to reflect, amazing food, yoga classes and support, as well as interesting and important discussions about how we live and take care of ourselves and the world. I recommend this to everyone that want to connect their body, mind and soul or just take a beautiful break to enjoy the nature and come back home feeling alive.

Wendy Green is a fabulous yoga instructor. A real master. There are a few times in my life when I have stumbled upon real masters of their craft, and Wendy is definitely one of them! The jungle forest garden and outside yoga studio that she has designed and built is beautiful and comfortable, very inviting and functional. Her knowledge of the body, long time yoga instruction experience, great sense of humor and awe for the natural world make her the perfect private retreat host.

I feel stronger, braver and smarter after sharing many a yoga class with Wendy. Highly recommended!

Spend a week in the beautiful Mindo cloud forest with an incredible host and you’ll come home feeling restored, and with a new perspective on health, life and being. So many of the things Wendy taught me during our time together I still put into practice years later, and what I wasn’t expecting was her continued support and care. You wake up every morning to do yoga, drink fresh coconut, eat super nutritious foods and hike. By day three I felt my body had done a full factory reset and i was up and excited to take on whatever Wendy threw my way that day. The hiking trails on the property are beautiful, fun and we took exciting adventurous treks every day. The giant trees and waterfalls were things of magic. I was often speechless. Felt I was on another planet that was hiding behind Wendy’s gates. Wendy has a giant garden that grows much of what you’ll eat while you’re there too, so there’s this sense of immersion the entire time you’re there. There really is no other experience like this, and in every sense of the word it’s a retreat. From the food, to the yoga, hikes, dance parties and education it was beyond what I expected. You’ll also have a great host in Wendy and her adorable dogs who were always down for coming along on an adventure or just cuddling after a long hike. I loved this place and have been plotting a return from the moment I got home.
