This is a MUST when visiting Cotacachi! This hidden gem is so unique and we had such a memorable experience! Their musical box appetizer and food are delicous, definitely worth the price. Their beautiful gardens and peacocks seen everywhere. We went a second time to take wedding pictures for friends that flew in from Hong Kong. Their staff was so kind to let us take over the place as long as we shared some pictures with them. Very very lovely for a getaway and getting pampered!

Beautiful grounds and rooms. Excellent service with gourmet food. Must choose from many massages during a stay here. Expensive!

Beautiful 5 star resort and spa on the outskirts of Cotacachi, Ecuador. Extensive massage menu suits everyone, the grounds and gardens are gorgeous with peacocks running around, the main house serves amazing food and the staff is more than helpful. Pool for a relaxing swim, suites to stay on site if you want to pamper yourself. A must on your vacation!

Muy limpio y organizado, la comida es muy buena,pero con un rango más algo de precios de lo usual,pero la vista lo vale y luego de la comida el recorrido por el hotel es genial junto con el alimentar a los pavos reales del lugar.

If you're looking for a quiet place this is not the right choice, every single night there's cars and motorcycles honking loudly to get into the hotel and its surrounded with a bunch of dogs barking all night long and off course peacocks screaming all day all night. At 6:00am there's the garbage truck with a very loud music and another truck selling propane with a car alarm sound and music. Being a luxury hotel I rather to stay in a different hotel.

We have gone to La Mirage for our special occasions for over a year now and never have they failed to deliver a well prepared, beautifully presented, fresh and tasty dining experience.
We really enjoy dining at lunch when the peacocks roam the beautiful park like setting , often showing off their scintillating plumage.
Pricing is high for Ecuador but it is well worth it, we recommend it highly for your special occasion celebrations.
