  The service is regular the bathrooms are bad is not outlets to charge your cellphone next to your bed the wall are cracked

  Wonderful, clean and safe motel in the heart of Otavalo and close to the market. Free parking and rooftop views. Free breakfast as well. Beautiful double courtyards.

  Warm water, friendly and responsive staff. Close to the mercado, and the park. Walking distance to tons of shops, and in a pretty clean safe area. The sauna is nice, the steam room is clean, the hot tub though is about the size of a bathtub a large bathtub, but bathtub all the same.

  Hotel limpio y cómodo. La atención del personal muy amable. Lo malo que el parqueadero está a tres cuadras del hotel por lo que es muy incómodo por el equipaje
