  Bernie and Pablo were the dynamic duo dealing with the Municipio and all the strange paperwork that one encounters in Ecuadorian officialdom. It can be long, complicated and nerve wrecking for the first time buyer. They were excellent throughout from beginning to end

  Huilco has been helping me to locate potential properties in the Vilcabamba area in the last year. The professional services which this organisation has been providing me are exactly what I wanted to receive. Not only have they shown me appropriately priced properties, I have been given additional guidance on their professional infrastructure working in that field. This has included meeting with banks, accountants and solicitors for legal registration in Ecuador.

  I have bought 3 properties since 2015 and working with the management at Huilco Real Estate went smoothly on all levels.
  Accuracy, reliability ,international experience,solid, trustworthy transfer procedures, knowledgable and also connected to lawyers notaries acccountants and the all important banking system..

  In the past 18 months I have purchased 4 properties through Huilco, and currently I'm looking to purchase several more through them. I have had absolutely the most professional care and nothing but interactions with the very highest level of integrity. I can easily recommend working with them to anyone else seeking the same high level of business relationship for real estate dealings in Ecuador.

  I have never done business with this agency and or construction company but have had unpleasant encounters with one person that works in the officeSince writing this review I have been invited to a fist fight by the owner of this business (Bernard Uhe)
  I was acused of writing a bad review that is not good for his business and that I have made false statements againt Huilco Alternative Real Estate Co.

  There are no lawsuits against Huilco Real Estate. Please check your information before making false statements. Huilco Real Estate and Construction employees over 40 Ecuadorians that depend on a paycheck to feed there families. False statements only hurt these people. Please retract damaging false statements.
