  Area is going through a major restoration, thus traffic is difficult and lots of debri. The facilities overlook the city, staff is very friendly, showers are great, and rooms are very roomy.

  Great hotel to stay in a good location in Cuenca, Ecuador. Includes a good continental breakfast and .. Found few dark spots on the bedding and wished they had just few more chairs around the room, but great view and personnel. Would stay here again..

  Location and staff are the only reason they got a star at all. Room was nothing like what was pictured on booking site. Dirty walls, stained bedding, broken elevator.

  Typical south American standard, nothing special, nice view and localization, very bad breakfast. Clean rooms, weird working elevators.

  Not clean, uncomfy bed. Poor breakfast. And really noisy in the 8th floor. Unfortunately we had to change hotel. We came late, after a long ride wanted to rest, but couldn't sleep at all.

  We were a party of four and upon reservation were promised a room with one double bed and three single beds. We were given a room with one double bed and one single bed, so we did not fit in there. It was a holiday so we did not complain and squeezed in, but expected to be charged less. However, they insisted on charging the full amount. We asked for a discount and could only get a $10 dollar discount, when the room we got was AT LEAST $50 cheaper for both nights that what we paid. Complete rip off.
  
  In addition, they valet parking was awful. When we were leaving, they took 58 minutes to bring our car. We had a sick (vomiting) child, and that long wait was unacceptable. If they could not bring the car in less than 25 minutes (holiday), then they should have told us and we would probably would have decided to bring it ourselves. In addition, the car of another family that asked for theirs 20 minutes after our request was brought to the hotel 15 minutes before hours. So they cannot pin this problem on high demand. Their poor staff could not handle an ordered queue.

  En lo personal me encanta éste Hotel. Muy buena ubicación, en el centro de Cuenca. El desayuno es estupendo en el 9no piso con una excelente vista de la ciudad. El servicio es estupendo. Siempre atentos y cordiales.

  Old & outdated facilities. Bathrooms were not properly sanitized. Rooms are cold and don't have heaters or climatization. Parking is a couple of blocks from the hotel so expect to waste at least half hour in Cuenca's traffic just to get your car.

  Muy buen servicio. Habitaciones cómodas, muy limpias. Desayunos tipo buffet. Muy amplio con parqueadero para su conveniencia a poca distancia.

  Nice and comfortable rooms for a decent price. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent!
