Quaint hotel at downtown Cuenca. Not the laps of luxury, but clean and comfortable. Building is 200 years old, so expect uneven floors, older plumbing, etc. Made up by great staff and location 2 blocks from cathedral.

I live the old and antique style. yes it is a bit noisy, it is over 200 years old after all. The rooms are clean and the bathroom newly updated. Love all the natural light coming into the courtyards and the fresh air flow. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Good English spoken here.

The hotel is in the middle of cuenca. The room are big and nicely decorated. The hotel is a converted colonial house with the restaurant tables in the courtyard. All the window looks inside the internal courtyard. Overall a nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel which is over 200 years old. If you are into old, old fashioned hotels, you will love this hotel. The only issue we had was with the WiFi in the second floor, it was down although it did work by the front desk. Also, the wooden floors make a lot of noise when you walk on them, specially in the room I slept in.
