La falta de mantenimiento es notable pero la gentileza del personal estupenda; los pisos y gradas peligrosas en área de piscina y entre pisos.

Buena atención y muy buen servicio.
La piscina es muy grande y limpia, el desayuno muy completo.
Es económico hospedarse aquÃ, me gusto.

Excellent attention and beautiful place.
The breakfast was very good.
The main town is at 5 minutes or the first village at 2 minutes can be reached by walking and in the evening you can order food without surcharge.
What I like most is the food of the restaurant and the pool.

Beautiful place with potential but loud next to the highway and terrible service. Amenities described not offered. No room service unless you want beer .. no restaurant or bar. Asked for a chocolate cake last night and was given a pizza delivery menue and told you Can get some food before 5 and menu is very limited. Very hard with a child when you're a 10-15m taxi ride from town. We booked to relax and not need to leave for our last 2 days after being deep in the jungle and would have preferred a hostel for 20 in town and have access to food and a river to swim in. Paid a lot of money just to have a pool since that is all that is really working. Breakfast is not included , charged extra "taxes" and horrible . 1 Eggs bun and fruit that is not fresh , surprising since fruit is to be in abundance. We had better food and service in a homestay in the jungle . please stay away from here it isn't worth it many other places for about the same price with better service. I'm debating checking out and going to town

QuerÃa reservar para dos adultos mayores y me dijeron que no hacen descuentos. No entiendo por qué??????
