  Tuvimos el gusto de alojarnos aquí y lo pasamos increíble. Es un hostal lindo pero sencillo, no ofrece ningún lujo más que lo necesario. Super recomendable y cómodo. Ofrece desayuno muy abundante y comida sala de estar para pasar el día. Atendido por sus dueños y muy cercano al mar.
  A mejorar la señal WiFi y la limpieza de los baños hacerla más veces al día.

  This review is of the restaurant; we didn't stay in the hostel.
  
  The first few times we tried coming in, the restaurant wasn't yet open, though their posted hours suggested it would be. It's probably best to come two hours after the posted opening.
  
  Once we did get in, we were greeted with good service, good music, and great food. The prices are a little high for Ecuador, but certainly not unreasonable. There is also an adorable cat that seduces you, with its formidable wiles, to feed it fish.
  
  We ordered encocado (a local fish dish to Mompiche) and a vegetable pasta without parmesan. The fish dish was excellent, though the pasta did come out half-cheesy. Beer selection was a little bad for Mompiche, and we ordered a coke (it was ICE COLD -- yum).

  What a pleasure it was to stay at Hostel La Fache, in Mompiche, Ecuador. For the budget conscious it is an great experience. Chef/owner Tito, has it well worked out. His food is excellent, good cocktails, he serves breakfast with accommodation. It is clean & tidy. He speaks English which helped us. The staff are friendly & accommodating. Surfboard hire, tours it's all here. Thanks for an awesome experience in Mompiche.
