A very nice caffé, great location. A bit expensive. (But I've seen here one of the most beautiful girls in a while Yes, she was working there) :)

I oredered honey shakes, but when I drank that some vinyls came out from the shakes. I explained the situation to the staff, but they just said to me that it cannot be came out from there, and they didn't do anything more. It was very umpleaseant experience. I just wanted to hear "sorry" but they just take the vinyls.

The cashier scammed me. I paid with a $20 and she only gave me change for a $10. When I mentioned it she readily opened the til to show me there were no 20's in there. She Must have slipped it somewhere else as I had just been to the ATM and only had 20's in my purse. I see the other reviews are glowing so I guess I was unlucky, just be really obvious if you're handing over a big note.

Lovely place, really nice decor. Very western look and therefore very western prices. Not a huge problem for travellers however paying the same for a coffee as I'd pay in London is a little steep in such a cheap country.
However it's a cute place and the drinks are nice so I wouldn't let that put you off going in.response / report this review -

Nice place to have a coffee! Good selection of drinks and cake, as well as other snacks amd absolutely lovely interior. Take pictures while enjoying your caramel latte!

Fantastic place to have a coffee. Not a "normal one" like in south America (with concentrate coffee powder) but a real one made of grinded beans. Really good taste and ambiance. Only for this shop I would love to go back to banos :)

The staff was not kind at all. When I asked her wifi password she said 'Si' and just left. Coffee was not bad though.

Nice place to grab a more western-style coffee. I had a flat white with soya milk, but it tasted a bit sweet/syrupy. Staff are fantastic and the decor is really cool.

We were very happy to discover this lovely cafe and tasted not only the exsotic tea but also the beautiful home made muffins. We enjoyed it so much so we came back the next day.

Great coffee and fantastic selection of pastries and food. This is a great spot for your morning coffee before starting your hike or bike ride. They also have free water and food for stray dogs, so please donate.
