Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Best coffee at any HI yet! Complimentary hotel shuttle thats is under 5 minutes away. They also have a breakfast buffet for a nominal fee.

Large spacious room, king size bed, very clean, very new. 24 hour room service professional staff. Absolutely no complaints. Wish I could have stayed for longer.

Comvenient location near the airport. Gym is ok. Small pool available. I had problems requesting a special meal at the restaurant. beware if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Nice hotel. Nice waiters, but food is not very varied and service is not that good. We had to wait 30 minutes for a wine bottle opener and in the end they told us that they didn't have one.

Modern, Clean and Friendly Hotel came here with my family wanting a nice experiencing while visiting friends and extended family in Guayaquil. The experience was great, modern clean rooms and the staff was extremely accommodating to my wife and I and our 3 children. We'll be coming back for future trips.

Very nice hotel, Be careful eating breakfast here. No matter what buffet you use, they will attempt to charge you for the Most expensive one ($17/person) Argue enough and they will correct the charge.

Very friendly and cordial staff. We were greeted at check-in with a cold beverage and shown to a clean, comfortable room. The internet is very fast which was nice to catch up on things. There's a gym, smallish rooftop pool and hot tub. The food was good in the restaurant although the menu is limited. There are a couple of self serve breakfast selections (not included) as well. They have complementary airport shuttle service but is located at the end of the airport parking lot so it's a five minute walk from the terminal. The rooms are surprisingly free of aircraft noise for being so close.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel before and after our Galapagos vacation. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better way to begin and end our adventure. Proximity to the airport and the rooftop pool made it the perfect location to unwind from our busy work/family lives before heading over to the islands. It was even more enjoyable to spend another relaxing night there before taking our long flight home to Canada. The staff was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to the Sky Club floor. What a treat! We felt like royalty.
