Great menu & food. Coffee ok. Juice was warm. Service was friendly but super slow, even when not busy at 11AM.

The coffee drinks were seriously delicious.the staff very helpful and really friendly(especially Jessica)and they speak englishoutside there is a patio where there are always heaters and plenty of room and even an armed guard. The patio is nice if not a bit noisy from the traffic on Calle Larga. Loved it!

This place is good for people watching and coffee. The food and service are bad, their eggs Benedict came with wonder bread and mayonnaise instead of hollandaise sauce. It's better to get up and try to get the bartender's attention because the server takes forever to take your bill and even longer to bring your change.

Fantastic food and service. The chicken quinoa is to die for. Great coffee drinks, French fries and milkshakes.

Upscale and trendy cafe. They have a wonderful terrace, something I really appreciate. Their iced coffee ($2.25) was great and reminded me of when I make my own back home. My girlfriends glass of coke ($1.75) was almost flat, which is a little strange, but we enjoyed the terrace so much it wasn't a biggie. The menu is pricey than most other places and I wouldn't exactly call this strictly an "espresso bar."

Easily the best place to get a late evening drink/coffee/dessert or snack in the central Cuenca area. Excellent ambience, combined with great service and an impressive menu makes this a must visit cafe/bar in the city. Expect to pay the extra $ for the "enhanced experience".

This is a great place to have some coffee, located right in front of the museum.

I had a great capuccino and i combined with a great apple dessert. This was the waitress’ recommendation and this was a great deal.

They also offer drinks and some menu options. I definetly recommend you this place if you are in cuenca.

The place has some tvs too and soft music

Very good and nice change of pace from the traditional food. Both my daughter and I had salads she had the BBQ chicken and I had the Caesar and we shared a brownie dessert.

Decent coffee, mediocre food, loud loud loud traffic and music. Good for people watching, excellent location in the center.

I love the cafe, the coffee is served to you in such an elegant matter!(especially on any brand new garments ,such as ponchos) They make up for their mistakes like champs(they poured my coffee on my brand new poncho but it was no biggie)! Make sure to ask Joaquín to serve you! I rather enjoy their service and their employees are the sweetest!!

Great place with a really cool vibe and great patio area. Music is ambient and chill. The staff is quick and attentive. They spoke English as well - but will let you practice your Spanish of you would like to. They serve many food choices and the coffee is great. Prices are what you would expect for the service but a little higher than average for Ecuador.

We enjoyed our experience at this cafe. The sandwich we had was very tasty. The coffee was very good too. Nothing to complain about. Loved the location and they had a security guard also

I would only give them a 2 star because of their food which is good. Their service is horrible with the servers not even trying to get things right. It was a crowded night and the lady that took our order mentioned that the kitchen is backed up. Fair enough. I think the fact that she managed our expectations was good and we were ok with the wait. But the service from the servers bringing us the food was horrible. Bread brought just before our meal came in (40 minutes later) but no butter or olive oil to go with with bread. Our food comes but no cutlery with it. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the fork and knife and the food goes cold. No eye contact with guests. They were walking around almost not wanting to have eye contact with anyone. Never again.
