The city's first and biggest mall. There are plenty of shops of which they are​ mainly boutiques, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a paper store, a small arcade, a food court, and movie theater.

Único centro comercial moderno de la ciudad, los fines de semana hay demasiada gente. Puede ser difÃcil conseguir mesa en el patio de comidas durante el fin de semana.
