  pésimo servicio cuando se llega no son para nada cordiales están sentados en sus puestos de trabajo y no se molestan en preguntar que necesitas deberían instruirse en atención al cliente. ademas el teléfono nunca contestan un pésimo servicio

  I think they lost ALL my postcards and letters or may NEVER sent out!!! I handed the postcards and letters (with stamps on) on Dec 20th 2016 to the staff at the counter, and now its Jan 15th 2017, NONE of my friends (in China, German, America) received any mails. And it cost like $2.2/postcard to the United States? I dont know what happened

  En la antigüedad era un icono de encuentro en Riobamba, ya que las personas se acercaban a recibir sus cartas a mano para poder comunicarse con sus familiares, este edificio es patrimonial para la ciudad.
