  Excelente!!!
  Habitaciones que conservan el estilo de antaño.
  Amplia sala de estar al aire libre, bajo techo.
  A muy pocos metros de la plaza principal.

  Me hospedé con familiares en dos habitaciones separadas. Si bien es cierto la relación entre calidad/precio es muy buena y mi habitación no tuvo mayores problemas, la otra habitación (la numero 7) presenta varios inconvenientes: Las ventanas están selladas por lo que tiene el aire mas viciado, en el techo de esa habitación esta la bomba de agua, por lo que cada vez que alguien abre un grifo de agua suena el techo. Como recomendación general deberían cambiar todas las toallas ya que están muy gastadas. Cosas importantes a destacar son la atención de los empleados del hotel que están prestos a ayudar siempre y tratar de solucionar todas las malas experiencias de la mejor manera posible.
  Las habitaciones están en un tercer piso, sin elevador así que puede ser pesado para personas de mayor edad o problemas con la altura.
  No existe una recepción como tal, la recepción se realiza en la caja del café que esta en la planta baja.

  Hervorragendes Hotel. Zeugnis kolonialer Zeiten. Wunderschöne und gediegene Ausstattung. Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Cuenca. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

  Great location and the rooms are large. With a separate kitchen and dining area. This location is right in the heart of downtown. There are a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops close by. You can walk to everything you need. It is a very safe area. The rooms have no heating or air. This was not an issue when we were there. We were told that they are never needed. You need to be aware that there is no front desk. The hotel and restaurant share the same front door. That means if you are going to be out late or need to leave early in the morning you need to coordinate with the staff at the restaurant. When it is closed the front doors are locked. We never had an issue. You should also know that since the hotel is at the main square it is rather loud. The windows and doors do nothing to block out the noise. I wore earplugs every night. However I tend to be a light sleeper.

  Las habitaciones me encantaron, la comida muy rica, pero tube algún problema al momento de facturar y se demoraron en corregir el error.
