D-Panas is one of the best restaurants in PVM. If you ever decide to drop by, just tell the nice woman you want the special. She'll arrive a tad bit later with a plate of meat that is a specialty in Southern Ecuador, but rare here. It's her "special" and it's quite tasty. In general they do Ecuadorian food quite well although at $5 a plate or so it's a tad bit more than other restaurants.
