  Terrible. Bus to latacunga doesn't stop in Latacunga but way outside of town.

  The worst bus company in Ecuador. Bus left, they wouldn’t tell until I asked twice. Then we caught up by taxi. Last but not least they didn’t even stop at terminal in Riobamba. No decency, rude people. Don’t give them your money

  Any expats in Ecuador, do not use this company! Just plain terrible. The air isn't cold, WiFi doesn't work. And they won't let you use the rest facilitys even though it's a 10 hour ride. Do NOT give this company your money. You have been warned.

  DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY!
  THEY WILL ROB YOU AND THE CONDUCTOR WILL HELP THE THIEFS TO GET DOWN THE BUS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.
  IF YOU CONTACT THE COMPANY AND TALK WITH THE DIRECTOR THEY WILL TELL YOU IT’S YOUR FAULT, EVEN IF THEY SOLD THE TICKET TO THE THIEFS WITH A FAKE ID (YOUR ID IS REQUIRED TO BUY THE TICKET, THUS SHOULD BE REVISED).
  THE COMPANY WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL, AND IF YOU ASK THE DIRECTOR FOR HIS INFORMATIONS HE WON’T GIVE THEM TO YOU. THIEFS!!
  
  NO VIAJEN CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA! SERÁN ROBADOS Y EL CONDUCTOR AIUDARÀ LOS LADRONES A BAJAR DEL BUS EN EL MEDIO DE LA CALLE.
  SI VAN A CONTACTAR LA COMPAÑÍA Y VA HABLAR CON EL DIRECTOR O GERENTE LE DIRÁN QUE ES SU CULPA, TAMBIÉN SI ELLOS LE VENDIERON EL BOLETO AL LADRON CON UN NÚMERO DE CÉDULA FALSO (YA QUE TENDRÍAN QUE REVISAR LA CÉDULA)
  LA COMPAÑÍA NO TE AYUDARÁ EN NADA, Y EL DIRECTOR NO TE VA A DAR SUS DATOS. LADRONES!!
  
  NON VIAGGIATE CON QUESTA COMPAGNIA! VI RUBERANNO DALLE BORSE E IL CONDUTTORE AIUTERÀ I LADRI A SCENDERE DAL BUS NEL MEZZO DELLA STRADA NONOSTANTE NON CI SIA ALCUNA FERMATA.
  SE CONTATTATE LA COMPAGNIA E PARLATE CON IL DIRETTORE O GERENTE VI DIRANO CHE È COLPA VOSTRA, NONOSTANTE LORO ABBIAMO VENDUTO IL BIGLIETTO AL LADRO CON UN NUMERO DI DOCUMENTO FALSO (IL DOCUMENTO DEVE ESSERE CONTROLLATO).
  LA COMPAGNIA NON TI AIUTERÀ IN NULLA, E IL DIRETTORE NON VUOLE NEMMENO LASCIARE I SUOI DATI. UNA BANDA DI LADRI!!!

  me robaron.me obligaron a poner mi mochila en el guarda equipaje de arriba y me sacaron el dinero que tenía en mi billetera.
  desde Baños a Guayaquil en el bus de las 23 55. nunca más esa empresa.

  Excelente el bus, muy cómodo y nuevo, lo que disminuye la puntuación es la cantidad de paradas que hace en el transcurso del camino Deberían adicionar unidades con destinos directos
