  - Bus bathroom did not work
  - At the ticket office they told us that the trip to Guayaquil was direct (from Ambato), something false (Disco bus # 30 plates TAA-4412 that left Ambato on 21-FEB-2022 at 12:45 pm) took passengers all the way. The 5-6 hour drive turned into a nearly 9 hour drive.
  - We were denied air conditioning.
  - At the end of the tour the officer did not even have the courtesy to give me my bags, I had to take them out alone.

  A lousy item like disk 32 makes you look bad.
  It leaves at 10:45 p.m. on January 4, 2022 from Guayaquil to Ambato and has all the side vents as well as the two upper hatches open until the exit of Riobamba and only closed a couple at the insistence of a passenger.
  He had asked him when he entered the sierra to turn on the heating and he did not do it either.
  A unit with old seats, poor recline, and smelly (I tried multiple seats and all the same).
  At the window they told me that I was going through the North Terminal (Izamba? The old Terminal) but it was not like that.
  He spent more than half an hour at a gas station outside the Terminal del Sur -the new one- with that horrendous cold at 05:00, people demanding that he leave and the driver ignoring it !!!
  Please apply the necessary corrective measures and not only the internal sanction that I assume will be imposed on the unit and the member, because the problems derived from these bad elements are suffered by the users.

  Used them today from Guayaquil to Riobamba.
  Nice new bus, but that's about it.
  The crew is not very friendly, WIFI wasn't working and the toilet was locked. Luckily for us they made a toilet stop. Also they promised us to drop us off at the bus terminal in Riobamba.. Not really, they dropped us off along the main road out of town (close to town).
  Woukd recommend to use an other company, if you can.

  Terrible, one of the worst transport cooperatives, it does not have any of the services they offer and makes unnecessary stops.
