Excellent restaurant! Delicious food, healthy and vegetarian options, wide variety on the menu, and large servings. Inspired art and setting.
Cool space with good food on a relaxed street in downtown Banos. Nice people. Recommend.
Cool vibe. Menu is all over the map, but food is tasty
This restaurant is great for people from the U.S. that are looking for something familiar and safe. The owner is American, and while they have some traditional Ecuadorian food, they have a lot of food for people that aren't quite as adventurous. The service is good, the prices are reasonable, and the restaurant has a nice, quiet atmosphere.
Just had drinks and deserts. All was good, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was great. The aromas of the food were tantalizing.
A very nice place with delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. The owner is a very friendly and joyful person :)
Very nice host and owner and very tasty food. Ty very much! We'll be back
The meal was delicious and the dinning area was cozy! I ordered a Pad Thai dish from the menu and it ended up being one of my favorite meals in Ecuador. I highly recommend giving the place a shot while you are in Baños.
Best restaurant in banos by far! Service is great, they serve very good wine and the food is all home made and delicious with generous potions...what more can you ask for!!
On top of all this you get a great view of the waterfall :)
Everything was very good. Service nice and fast. A lot of nice paintings on the walls - relaxing music playing(jazz as we were there) food delicious. When we were there it was pretty crowded - monday 7 PM. We had steak and fish - and both of them were really good.
We spent 5 days in Baños and I think we ate at Cafe Hood once each day. They've got great food for really great prices!
They've got some really good vegetarian options that can easily be made vegan. We ordered the vegetarian enchiladas several times without cheese and they were delicious! I don't know what they make that enchilada sauce with but I'm going to miss it.
We also tried their burritos and the pad thai, both of which did not disappoint either.
Their beer is cheap too.
If you're visiting Baños, eat here at least once.
Or once a day.
Great service, great drinks, food not as great.
Extensive menu serving up all different types of food. We enjoyed our meals although the pad thai is not very authentic.
Terrific food selection and moderate prices! For dinner we ordered bruschetta with Parmesan and basil and tomato and they use the non-local non-sour cheese :-). My fiancé ordered The Hindu plate with chickpeas, eggplant and fresh stir fried vegetables. This dish was served with brown rice and a cucumber yogurt raita sauce. The server was from Argentina and very friendly, and the food came out quickly. Overall a great place for a hungry traveler. We have already been here two times and will probably come once more before we leave Baños.
Excellent menu diversity. Good service, low prices, cold beer. Close to Piscinas del Virgin hot pools. Friendly staff.
Very nice food in Baños, good portions and faire prices. Service was friendly and fast enough. No complaints.
The food is very good and there are many options to try, vegetarian, light food and even desert, the people working there are very friendly
While this place constantly is busy, the only reason I can figure out is due to its location near the Waterfall. The service is pleasant, they have very nice restrooms (important when you travel!) But, for me, the food is just average.
I had the Pesto Pasta on my last visit. A Bit over priced for what you get.
The lunch of the day was an odd egg/avocado salad served with toasted french bread. They seem to be over- reaching ... Thai, Italian, American and Ecuadorian all on one menu, leaves me confused.
