  Cuidado!! te estafan!!, al realizar reserva piden una tarjeta como confirmación, al retirar el carro la vuelven a pedir y garantizan que el cargo de la reserva original no se ingresará, en el resumen aparecen ambos.
  Adicionalmente fui a retornar el carro a la madrugada 1.12 hs, llegué y no había nadie, dejé el carro en el estacionamiento del aeropuerto para no tener que volver a ingresarlo al día siguiente (estaba alojado en un hotel cercano). Al llegar a la mañana siguiente nuevamente y reclamarles el por que no había nadie para atenderme la noche anterior me dicen que estaba minitiendo por que había gente y me cobran estacionamiento por haber dejado el carro la noche anterior en el aeropuerto, al afirmar que no iba a pagarles eso me dicen que no importa por que tienen mis datos de tarjeta asi que me lo cargaban igual.
  Dos Robos en un solo alquiler, obviamente las vías de reclamo son complicadísimas.

  Absolutely criminal. The car rental places in this airport are managed by a network of criminals. Tourists beware your credit card or personal information will absolutely be stolen this is ran by thrives. Police should investigate so bad for tourism in Ecuador!!!

  Do not rent car from this place. They over charged me for 2500.00 dollars for a car that was nothing wrong with. When I call to ask why they charged me that much. They said the car was crashed. Which of course was not true. The supervisor apologized and said he would
  Refund my money. Sorry to say that never happened. I've been fighting with this company for more then a month. I had to take extreme measures just to get my money back. This place should be ashamed of themselves for now they do business. Just awful. Please don't trust this company. What happen to me can happen to you. Don't be there next victim. I rented for only a few days and ended paying 2500. What a disloyal company. Never again😡
