  Great place to stay in Cuenca. Very nice owners. The ladies who take care of the unit are great. The apartments have all you need to cook. Hot water. Very good location.

  Located right on the river and there is an area you can sit beside it, very pleasant. A short walk along the river to the historic centre

  Cerca del centro de la ciudad, apartamentos con un ambiente relajado y buen servicio. Además, ofrecen tours personalizados o con los turistas que se hospedan en ese lugar.

  Javier and his family are outstanding with accommodation. The rooms are exceptional, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting. I had the opportunity to go waterfall repelling with Javier and his brother who is the trainer of the National Ecuador mountain climbing team. These guys know their Stuff! The kitchenet apartments and people here are first rate!!

  Very welcoming and helped us with parking. Thought the apartments were excelent value for money. Near the centre, walking distance from everything in the centre. If you get a taxi it's $1 fare and that will take you into the centre.
