  This place in a nightmare they made my life very hard and I have to travel 6 times (4800km) from Constantine in one month and each time they ask me for a document not mentioned in the listIn the end I decided not to use them and apply directly for my son passport from UK.

  I delivered my files in the morning and everything is cool, then at the end of the day I received a call from them (mobilis number!!!) saying I need to come back to take back my folders coz I put a wrong adress.
  
  What made me day worst is why till the end of the day to discover it?
  Why the lady on the desk said cool, good go pay and u r ok!

  People running this place should be reminded that they're dealing with human beings and a lot of elderly
  To be fair my experience with the uk service, was decent and correct but obviously because there was few people
  The french visa service is a mess

  Waiting for the answer ( visa or not ) takes a lot of time, The service that is supposed to answer your questions and provide answers about the status of your demand, how much estimated time is leftetc does not reply to their messages ( i sent a message asking about my passeport and i got no reply until today ( 5 days ago since my first message )
  Well at first i wasn't happy when they lost their contract with " the french consulate " but now i think they really did deserve it..

  To get back your passport, better in the evening , you will find much less people thus you won't wait.

  Garbage service !
  it makes you wait for months then u get rejected for stupid reasons
  without mentioning there hunger for cash that they want you to waist on them each time u apply adding to all of this they have never ending waiting line because of there lazy workers .
