  Most of the retail stores are closed. The conveyor stairs do not work. The mall gives you a sense of insecurity.

  Trés dommage d'avoir laisser a l'abandon un tel projet, qui aurait pu etre un sacré centre commerciale et un pole economique pour la commune.
