Wi-Fi is decent, very clean hotel, food is good and customer service is excellent. Free transport to airport and back every hour is another plus.
However it would be better with an available gym

A nice business hotel offering basic and decent accommodations for business travellers. Very good location close to the airport as well as located in the business area of Beb Ezzouare in Algiers. Tights rooms, comfortable enough rooms, moderate wifi and friendly staff. Quiet expensive though but up to the common rates in Algeria.

A business hotel, quite expensive. The breakfast was not as I was expected to be. Coffee of bad quality. A lot of bread but a few things to eat with bread. The room is comfortable but the bathroom needs a lot of improvement. Bad smell. They must absolutely check this issue and fix it. If you have a room in front there is a lot of noise. The isolation is not good.

Worn down rooms, quite nasty area and horrible breakfast.
I was expecting quite some more of this hotel but the sad experience started already at check in which took 20 min even though i had filled in all the info on the web and the keys should have been "Waiting at the reception". Stayed in room 127, which was old and worn down. The shower was loose and toilet was dripping water. But still the worst thing was the breakfast which mainly consisted of sugar. Some eggs, cucumber, tomato and 20 different sweet cakes. No fruit, syrup juice which only tasted like sugar. Will not stay here again.

Reception staff are awesome, no guidelines for the cleaners; they cancome and knock at your door at 8 am even if they aren't supposed to.

This is a business hotel. Rooms are of average size, beds are comfortable if you have a double one. Otherwise, in case of single, too small. Breakfast is below average and machine coffee is bad. Overpriced but from the other hand all hotels In Algiers are expensive. It a clean hotel

We had a lovely staying at the Ibis Hotel. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Cleanliness is top notch. Overall very happy with my staying and would recommend it.

I didn't enjoy my stay at hotel. Found staff was rude and room wasn't hygienic with bugs crawling around. For the price I paid standard was very low disappointed.

The staff are very nice, and ready to help. But the hotel itself is deteriorating (poor maintenance), and does not deserve three stars in my opinion. The airport shuttle is very useful, but the very helpful shuttle drivers are overwhelmed and need help.

Rooms much smaller than expected.
Wifi not working. And no proper response when complained about the same.
AC stopped working one night and had to change room at 12 AM. Though the technician was very good at service and support.
The worst was service at the bar on the ground floor with staff not even worth being there.
Overall a very bad experience which leads to me deciding never to stay at any IBIS ever.

The parking is an issue. We are lucky tha we don't have a luggage, and it's not raining.
The room wasn't ready we hadto wait inside to get the towels an additional bed without bed sheet . Hopefully it was only one night.
It's the first time i payed the hotel wethout getting the invoice . The amount was above the booked one.
As i said hopefully it was only one night.

Very good hotel in Alger. I stayed there only two days for business, the breakfast is very good and also the dinner, a great buffet.
Rooms are comfortable with a very big shower.

My Collegue the 11/06 waited 1.5 hour for the bus to arrive at Airport, policemen felt bad for him and called the Bus driver to come and pick him up

My Slef the 12/06, I had to call the Driver who said :"Im coming", 40 minutes later i called him again and he said : "Im not coming now, but coming at the head of the hour", why on earth did he tell me I am coming?

I spoke to the Lady at reception, she sounded Helpless and she begged me to write email , stating that its not the first time costumers are complaining.

Airport is at 5 minutes drive and Always you see drivers (Two buses) sitting in the bus talking and Talking while costumers has to take a Taxi. Cant you solve an issue like this ? Fire the Lazy people, 100 will take their job !!

7/10 , it's good if you want to be close to the airport and the mall , otherwise the rooms need renovations , the reception is not that welcoming , room service is medium , not easy to book a room , it's not for tourists , and the prices are exaggerated .

Okay Hotel to stay, meals and breakfast could be better. It is definitely a business hotel and nothing for vacation. Relatively expencive.
