Good working conditions
Worst place to work ever
I worked for Vixicom 1year and 2 months i was only given 30 thousand pesos and i was never told why i was being let go, in reality the supervisor i was working for did not like me and she was the trouble maker all along, i tried speaking with the head supervisor and he was like don't worry i will look into it, i know nothing would be done, the trainers tell you a whole lot of lies, and the supervisors have their favorites, i would never refer anyone to this company, this is the worst company ever
"Do you at least know what the quality word means?". No pude responderle porque quede en shock, tome mis pertenecias y le dije: "leave it like that, this is not going to work. Bye".
According to the news, complaints from hundreds of people i know that have over 10 yrs of experience in call centers. This is like the WORST CALL CENTER IN THE CARIBBEAN!!! I would never apply here. and I heard they are paying that miserable $160 pesos an hour. Come on guys??? Fix that reputation ASAP if you guys want real hustlers and good, happy and productive employees!!
it's a great place to work, it ain't perfect but if you wanna make money this is where you should be
If you like people playing with your money this is the perfect place for you. They do not care about their employees, their employees have no voice. Go somewhere else
Best wise money, needs to improve environment and ethics
Do they hire people with passport? Or Do I need a Dominican ID to go there and work over?
I was resigning from my position in the summer because my wife had gotten severely ill. After speaking to the supervisor about it over the phone they told me to type up a resignation letter. I went the next day to drop it off and the supervisor was “away” (as usual) so I left it on her desk.
A week later I came to pick up my check only to find that they “rejected” my resignation letter and had fired me.
( once your fired from Vixicom you been deemed not worthy of working for Vixicom ever again)
I was shocked to find that I was fired and when I asked why didn’t they except my resignation letter, they simply said it’s because it wasn’t written in Spanish!
😂
If I could give this place negative stars I would. 😩

The worst company i've ever worked for, not reliable at all and they openly violate your rights. I would no recommend it to anybody
Worst call center ever, don't waste your time there, they are not"reliable" as they want to call themselfs, the management is the worst part of that company, you can't even call that place a company, they are just a mediocre joke, what a shame that they want to sell themselfs as realible, please give me a break, you are sooo far from that!
Vixicom in santo dominigo is THE WORST company I've ever worked for. very unorganized & they are everything but reliable. would never recommend them to anybody.
