The apartment building is gated and has 24/7 security and some of the extensions are a single home per floor there's 8 floors and only 8 spacious apartments per section which is nice some have basement parking and many stores deliver to your door plus i5 has a ocean view and many windows that keeps my place cool most of the time.
Only drawback for me is the noise of the cars from the avenues.
