  ¡¡¡TEN CUIDADO!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My wife brought her laptop to Sistecsoft for repair. They ordered the wrong part and/or the supplier sent the wrong part (from China).
  
  They took a couple months to even tell her that the wrong piece arrived, then a couple more months for them to contact the seller. By that time the seller wouldn't accept the return/exchange.
  
  Sistecsoft says that they are not responsible for ordering wrong parts nor for wrong parts arriving. Now they want her to pay to order the same part from another supplier again.

  ¡¡¡TEN CUIDADO!!! Mi esposa trajo su portátil a Sistecsoft para reparación. Ellos pidieron la parte equivocada por internet y / o el proveedor envió la parte equivocada (de China).
  
  Tomaron un par de meses para decirle que la pieza equivocada llegó, duraran un par de meses más para contactar el vendedor. En ese momento el vendedor no aceptaría la devolución.
  
  Sistecsoft dice que ellos no son responsables de pedir partes equivocadas ni que lleguen piezas incorrectas. Ahora quieren que ella pague para comprar la misma parte de otro proveedor, otra vez.
