Nive place to bisit if nearby. The suspebded walkway swings about so is fun. The falls is pretty and there"s a beach to paddle or swim beside. Do NOT swim where signs prohibit it. Rain upriver can cause very sudden and violent flooding and escape is difficult from the forbidden area. Do NOT swin if it's raining here or nearby (upriver). There is also another walk on the other side of the road almost opposite the entrance.
Nice place to visit
Amazing place
Great place in contact with nature!
Lovely and easily accessible. No swimming allowed in the nice pool at the bottom of the waterfall.
Only for Strong people climbing down and up
Beautiful waterfall. Excellent place for pictures.
Long beautiful walking to the Salto, then a good refreshing bath in the cold waters.. If you are a little out shape maybe will have a bad time on the way out cause you have to walk up
With Rancho Jarabacoa you will have one of the best experience of your life coming to this place. Canyoning (using the techniques of Rappelling) is their most extreme mountain adventure, and one of the most exciting sports in the country. You'll hike the mountain and have direct contact with the nature, then jump 2 waterfalls. After that, with the help of ropes and harness, you'll descend canyons, and enjoy the rush of this experience. The staff is very professional and highly trained, they care a lot about your safety and the conservation of the environment. Totally recommended.
Great. place to hike , enjoy nature..,
The waterfall wasn't very big when I went, but It's still a beautiful place to visit. Worth the hike. The water was a little chill but refreshing. :)
