We just loved this place. So family oriented. Their daughter was the sweetest little thing. We felt at home.

Did not stay as they were fully booked but the owners, Marco & Magdelina, were very helpful in trying to locate accommodation for me.
They are very conscientious, earnest and take great pride in delivering a quality product.

Nice and family run amidst big resorts. Punta Cana / Bavaro is more with all inclusive resorts, so to get anywhere except beach you need motoconcho. Next atm is 2km way. Area is very touristic/safe but has not to much to offer except beach activities.
They can organise you a good airport taxi service for 35USD.response / report this review -

A recommandable place to stay in Bavaro/Punta Cana!
We've been there 1 day after hurricane Maria. Although Punta Cana was hit badly and our hosts Marcus & Magda were a couple of days without electricity, we enjoyed a very warm welcome.
It seems that the two of them know every spot in the Dominican Republic - their hints are worth a lot and they are really willing to help you with the organization of your stay or your further trip.
Wonderful restaurant service - breakfast is small, but delicious with freshly made eggs and homemade marmelades. You can also have dinner if you "order" it (best octopus ever!!).
The location is perfect - two minutes to the beach, restaurants etc. around the corner and still a quiet place with a lovely garden.
A/C working perfectly and quietly, everything very clean clean, we haf a small fridge in our room and mosquito nets in all windows.
The only little shortcoming in our room was the bathroom, but they were going to change it.

Atendimento especial do dono e de sua esposa. Perto da praia, quarto sem luxo porém grande e limpo. Me senti na casa de um amigo. Vou voltar!

Very good hotel beautiful and clean Marcos and his wife are very friendly I feel a home when I was there I would recommend this hotel to anybody especially if you have pets if you are in Punta Cana is not order place to go then this hotel you will welcome by the owner marcos Who will make sure you enjoy your stay and vacationExelente hotel mul acojedor limpio hermoso y 5 minutos de la playa! Me opede en este hotel y me senti como en mi casa con la atencion de marcos y su esposa y su bella bebe,Lo cual tambien aceptan mascota yo tengo un perrito y lo recivieron con todo el amor y cariño del mucho!! My stay at Riviera Punta Cana was amazing. It exceeded my expectations and the price was well worth it. I was welcomed even a bit earlier than the check-in and they were so accommodating.
The amenities were as described, there was hot water, wi-fi, cable and a refrigerated stocked with welcoming goodies.
The place is eco-friendly and at a great location. The beach is literally a minute away walking. There were plenty of restaurants around the area and even a pharmacy and shopping center. The location is very secure since there is a lot of patrolling.
The owner helped us find things to do around the city with the best prices. My experience was fantastic.
I will be returning soon and plan to stay here again.response / report this review
