  Dirty, A/C did not allow me to sleep made noise every 20 minutes, bathroom undesireable, simply put not in condition to receive guests, I do not recommend it to anyone

  Look what you get for this money, everything in fair enough condition, nice pool, close to the beach.
  When you have a question all employees very helpful, including the staff.

  Beautiful territory but the rooms need to be innovated. Not expensive. 5 minutes walking to the beach. Helpful personal.

  Great value, A/C always works, power is on almost 24/7, never ran out of hot water, across the street beach access. King sized beds are really full sizedbring your own extra towels/sheets, they don't change them during your stay.

  Horrible place. Very dirty and old beds and furniture in the rooms. They did not want to help us with the repairs needed so we decided to leave, this Italian guy is a ripoff just trying to make money on tourist not at all fair.i am Dominican and I am not proud of places like this one being in such a up and coming beach like Juan Dolio 😱

  A complete nightmare!!! They have US veteran hospital blankets. The AC did not work, all furniture was torn and worn out.

  If you looking to rent an apartment, this is is perfect for you. Overall service is good. Pool always clean. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. I enjoyed my stay there 3 months ago
