Nice. Not too crowded. Located in a private golf country club. Big rooms. Only 3 stars for lack of outdoor activities for hotel guests.

Room is fine. Hotel has some work to do to clean up pool area. Seems safe. Employees are friendly, but have to come up with excuses too often to cover up everyday deficient ability to keep it running like expected. Better hotel 5 years ago.

Me gusto por su tranquilidad, es un espacio excelente para lo que están buscando descanso, unas habitaciones que te hacen sentir relajado, un personal atento, desde él que cuida hasta la ama de llaves.
La comida aunque no es muy variada es Muy buena, súper recomendable para una salida de fin de semana en pareja o familiar

Pasamos una noche. Muy buen servicio, personal atento y entusiasta. Està dentro de un complejo habitacional, en medio del campo de golf. Amplio parqueo. Tienen una hermosa piscina rodeada de àrboles y jardines. Muy hermoso y silencioso.Aunque no es muy variado el menù, las comidas estuvieron decentes (todo tipo buffet). Nuestra habitaciòn super amplia y confortable, con microhondas incluìdo. Aunque ofrecen transporte (con horarios fijos) a un club de playa, con camas y sillones pagando el consumo. Un lugar decente y tranquilo, a solo minutos de la playa de Juan Dolio.

My fiance just stayed at this hotel and received massive bed bug bites. When he mentioned it to the hotel they told him there was nothing they could do about it as they had no other rooms available and no housekeeping staff to change the sheets. He now has bite marks all over and we were supposed to take beach wedding pictures as we are having a destination wedding and had been planning to stay at the Hodelpa. Guess that won't be able to happen now.

Un hôtel qui promet beaucoup au premier regard, mais on s'attend à mieux

Côté positif :
- Grande salle spacieuse très agréable
- Buffet correct.
- Grandes chambres bien agencées. Literie confortable.
- Grande piscine très agréable.

Quelques points négatifs :
- Les chambres méritent une bonne rénovation. Moquette usée et tachée. De même pour la baignoire. On ne s'attend pas à trouver une chambre dans cet état quand on entre dans l'hôtel.
- Les clims marchaient à fond dans la chambre, il devait faire 15°C à notre arrivée. Même dans les salles communes et au buffet, il faisait trop froid.
- Le réceptionniste a fait preuve d'une certaine nonchalance qu'on a pas trop appréciée. Le personnel a l'air débordé même quand l'hôtel est presque vide !
