Not very knowledgeable about the areas and properties. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Overall poor experience dealing with Playa21 properties. Would never recommend.

My pleasure to work with Playa21 Properties team for my new condos. I have spent 2 to 3 days with Daniel to look for wonderful condos in Cabarete. Playa21 Properties and team has great professional member and experts. They have deep knowledge about properties. Playa21 is the best agents in the Dominican Republic around to work with.
Thanks Playa21 Properties and Team for my dream Home.response / report this review -

We found the perfect villa in Sosua via Playa21 Properties. They have very good knowledge about properties and understand my concern and need. I am happy to find my villa, which is fully furnish, swimming pool, car garage and etc. I am fully satisfied to Playa21 and I would recommend them.

It was a great feeling that Daniel helped us to buy a Villa in Sosua at affordable prices with financing option as well. I love my villas and has not doubt to recommend Playa21 Properties for Villas and Condos.

Emailed asking for more information responded a week later then nothing. Since then has not responded to calls or emails. Tried to get more information for alternate ways to get in touch from the about us page but there is no information to be found. Has no more than 10 listing's very useless. Your company lost a potential client.
