They went out of their way to deliver their service .delivered to our hotel .for the security gate policy .they waited 1 and half hours .car is great .We could not be more grateful .

Johnatan and his father provides excellent service and fair prices. They picked me up free of charge 45 minutes after calling them for a same-day rental. I sent them pics of my passport and drivers license by WhatsApp so when I arrived all I had to do was pay and sign the contract. When I dropped the car off the next day, they took me back to my hotel, also no charge. Oh, I almost forgot - they do not tell you that you can’t take the vehicle to Playa Macao which many other rental companies prohibit. All around a great experience

Very good car rental. New cars and driving very nice. We went to Santo Domingo and it was a great place. Traffic is okay, but not so bad like everyone is telling. Jonathan picked us up and brought us to the hotel. Passport was okay for deposit because our maestro card didn't work. Visa and Mastercard works fine. We rented a Kia Sportage automatic

In-a-good-condition car hired for 5 days (45$/day). Owner communicates in English. Possible to pay in DOP, USD or card. Passport or credit card as a deposit. No problems, good experience, recommended!

What a service!
I contacted Pilot after researching quite few companies (and having a bit of drama with Hertz - online booking) in Punta Cana.
Pilot employees are very responsive to messages you can just contact them on Facebook, they communicating skills are great and all in English, the process was smooth and price fair.
I did have a little issue, and it took guys only 20min to get to me and help me get back on the road straight away. then they stayed in touch just in cause.
So the customer service was excellent beyond regular - I felt like they went extra mile.
Car was clean well looked after and what I asked for.
I was in a rush when picking the car up and the gentleman which gave me the car was very respectful and even gave me quick coaching in a use of automatic transmission as I always use manual.
if you hesitating to rent the car for whatever reasons - don't. roads are okay, stay safe and focused and make sure you rent with Pilot they will not waste your time, and they give you service for your money.

The car they rented me for a whole week was broken and they knew it. They did not offer a refund or anything at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
