  Great service and very affordable rate. Pickup and drop of were free from the hotel. Very nice people to deal with. A hassle free deal. Highly recommended.

  Renting a vehicle in the Dominican can be a taunting task. I have rented here for years, finally, I found a reputable company and by far the best employee on the island. Jeudy Castillio at Dollar Car rental, Punta Cana, is a hard working, honest employee who gave us a fair deal and followed thru with his word & quote. He picked us up on time and as promised, got us into the car he quoted and quoted it the same on line as in the store. I highly recommend Dollar & even higher recommend asking for Jeudy!!!

  Excellent experience from the Dollar rent a car team of Bavaro. There were on time and professional during the whole process. I strongly recommend that team for anyone traveling through Punta Cana airport

  The only word to describe the place - this is an absolute SCAM! We booked a car online and decided to opt out the insurance ( YES, IT WAS OPTIONAL). Exited about the final price of $15 dollars we walked all the way to the place. Upon entrance we were told that we have to buy the insuranceand suddenly the FINAL PRICE ( la page with confirmation number said that) became $42.00. Where is it the world the final price from $15 dollars turning to $42.00? When we refused to pay they said that they will not give us the car and refused to pay for the taxi as they said they don't owe us anything. We do not recommend this place for its hidden loops and untrusted service. Do not waste your time on this people, they will rip you off, especially if you are white. They see you as a big dollar not a human being. Frustrating and sad.
