Very rude and arrogant sale person. Very poor customer service. They need to learn how to deal with customers. The manager is very unprofessional, instead of helping with the problem he replies with "go buy your watch somewhere else, because we don't want to sell you one" he got upset after I asked for a refund an hour after buying a watch. All I wanted was to change the same watch for a different color and they refused to do it if I didn't give them an extra $45! I rather give my business some where else.
