DON'T GO THERE!! They have no people skills.. The owner and his mom are both very rude and think they are better then the rest of the world.
We went 2 nights in a row as the first night dinner was okay, but we were looking forward to try the langostina pasta.
On the first night we asked for separate bills and it was a big deal for her to make 4 different bills. She started by explaining how it would be confusing for HER if we add to our orders server class 101:
1- make the customer happy
2-each orders under a different name or number.
On he second night we arrived at the restaurant and was not well greeted. Let me tell you we were 10 people. You would think that they would welcome us with a nice smille an acknowledgement that they appreciate our business.. NOPE. Not even a smile.. but at least she was okay to make different bills.
When our pasta came, it was undercooked, not aldente.. just not cooked. So one after another we sent our pasta back to the kitchen.. by the 3rd person she slammed the plates on the table and said: it's not undercooked, that is how pasta is cooked in Italy!!! (LOL) also that we should have asked for well done sorry but I don't believe I ordered a steak
Class 101: u don't scream at your clients.
I started to feel uncomfortable by the way she was puffing around. I decided to get up and pay for my bill minus the lobster pasta after explaining to her son how I was treated, he told me to: JUST GET OUT!!!! And he turns to his mom and said tell them to LEAVE!! And tell them JUST LIKE THAT
Wow, I guess their are two places in the world that I won't go: La Cueva and where they serve undercooked pasta in Italy has she said.
Their are many other restaurants around.. Don't waist your money..response / report this review -

Good authentic Italian food, pizzas are very good. Wanna try Italian sodas ask for a chino or limón soda.

Locale spartano !!! Ma la cucina e il personale sono ottimi ! Dal antipasto al dolce é stato buonissimo , buona la pizza e speciali le linguine al granchio e l'astice!!! Pagato in 2 - 90€

Hacen la mejor napoli Pizza y ni hablar de la pasta con cangrejo centolla (granseola) esa pasta si que es un espectáculo.

Tra i cavalli di battaglia ci sono sicuramente le linguine al granchio. Presentazione scenica, linguine cotte al punto giusto, porzione decisamente abbondante. Le consiglio! Interessante anche l'antipasto "la Cueva" abbondante e sfizioso. Il personale è cortese e simpatico. Prezzi nella media per Dominicus.
