  I rent online. Decide to cancel this company told me to cancel with whoever I made reservation with online they won’t cancel my reservation. They never canceled cost me my entire money. Waisted my time no flexibility no communication. Once they got your reservation they ain’t letting u get that refund even if it’s a click of a button away.

  Rented a car Last summer and the process ran smooth. Pick up and drop off quite fast, nice and efficient car (Kia Rio). All scratches and marks already pointed out by staff.
  
  Do not give 5 stars because the staff offered additional protection for usd20. However, did not mention taxes and it became usd27 at the moment of payment.

  They took 400 EUR from my card after 2 weeks a car was returned with no damages! Support does not answer my claim.

  My girlfriend rented a vehicle from these people in Las America airport in Dominican Republic and is having charges and charges and charges of $174.74 being charged to her credit card where when she got to the airport she paid a gentleman which was supposedly a part of the rental car agency $200 in cash which the gentleman stated that she would get back at the end of her rental we will be contacting the office to see what is going on with the constant chargers of the $174.74 to her credit card being repeated it seems to be a huge scam because when my girlfriend came back we had seen a negative of $295 which was some sort of refund which is no longer available on the statement I am myself I am from Dominican republic and so is my girlfriend and this is totally embarrassing for me to have to write this about our country it's a horrible feeling to be to you by your own people I strongly suggest that no one I mean no one ever rent from this place ever again I wish we could put the place out of business due to its incompetence and deceiving methods for profit

  I agree with Luis. The worst ever. They want to charge you for the insurance more than for the rental. They gave us a similar car than the one we booked but it was in really bad shape and it was the only car in that category. I definitely will not rent again. Be careful when you return the car, a taxi driver offer us to take us back to the terminal and charge us for the ride but this was with no charge from the staff of the rental (this was offered in front of the staff and they did not say anything)
