  I would never use this service again and thankfully I won't have to. I was moving in mid June 2017 and got a quotation in late March 2017. Then 2 weeks before we were scheduled to leave they contacted me to tell me that they were raising the price on my quotation because of airline fees etc etc. The increase was a 35% increase! I went back and forth with management about how it was good business to honor the original quotation that they gave me and that changing things 2 weeks before I was to leave was not cool. They did nothing for me except to suggest that I could send fewer things to reduce the price! They did not honor their original quotation.
  
  When they came to pack my place on a Saturday, the movers were professional and I have no complaints about them. I was told that I would have a final real price on Monday. I didn't hear back from the company until Wednesday even though I sent emails to them asking for them to answer me. When they finally gave me the real quotation, it was 115% higher than the original quotation (not the new airline fee included quotation). With the updated airline fee quotation it was 59% higher. So I guess their assessor undervalues prices so that you go with them and then when they actually have all your stuff they give you a much higher quotation and they have your stuff so what can you do.
  
  When I finally got my stuff at the final destination and it was unpacked in all of the commotion I didn't realize that they had cracked my son's guitar.
  
  I would never use this service again because I don't feel that they run a business honorably. And in business your word is everything.

  Mas que decepcionada del Servicio. Primero duraron casi dos meses para una mudanza de RD a Miami cuando me dijeron que se moveria en el buque semanal que llega en 3 dias. Una vez tenian la mudanza en sus manos, me cobraron MUCHO mas de lo cotizado. Pregunte varias veces si el monto incluia todo el Servicio a Puerta a lo que me garantizaron varias veces que si ; no obstante antes de la entrega de mi mudanza me pasaron una factura adicional de mas de USD500 por costos de terminal que "no estaban incluidos". Me siento enganada
