  I requested a hair cut. The stylist I had before did an excellent job. But this time was a disaster. My collar was all wet after the shampoo. My stylist literally had to blow dry my blouse before I got up from the chair to leave. The water was either too hot or too cold during the washing. Burnt my scalp twice because the water heater doesn't have controlled temperature. My stylist Nelly who cut my hair was not very professional either. She told me I don't need to cut my bangs. I told her I want to cut it shorter. God forbid~ I realized she doesn't know how to cut bangs when she did the twist and cut for my bangs. I thought this is a professional salon. If she doesn't know how to cut, she should tell me, instead of use the customer as a lab rat. While trimming my bangs, she actually poked my eye lid with the scissor few times. A professional would of raise the hair away from the face before cutting it. The blow drying is a disaster. The blow dryer is on turbo heat at all time. Again, she burnt my scalp few times during the blow drying. I came back home to redo my own bangs all over by myself. My mom actually said it looked better than what the stylist did. Never going back again.
